Jennifer Sabatino arrives in the classroom with extensive craft cocktail design & execution experience. Jennifer oversees all of Manatawny's tasting rooms, including their fourth location in Fishtown, opening in March 2023.

Since joining Manatawny in 2018, Jennifer and her cocktail programming have been featured in Whiskey Advocate, Philadelphia Magazine, and several other outlets and publications. Jennifer focuses on fresh, locally-farmed ingredients and all-domestic spirits in her programming, an approach she learned when she opened the influential Stateside bar in the Passyunk neighborhood of South Philadelphia in 2011.

Passyunk remains a destination for innovative, seasonal, farm-sourced craft cocktails to this day, including Manatawny’s second tasting room. Jennifer has been a fixture on the Philadelphia cocktail scene since moving there from San Francisco in 2010.
