Looking to host an event at one of our locations?
If all you really need is a cocktail bar, places for people to sit and stand, and a focal point to drop off a gift and grab some cake, we might be just the place for your private event. Birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, company parties, holiday gatherings, and even weddings and rehearsal dinners can work in our spaces.
POTTSTOWN DISTILLERY
Our largest location, Pottstown has two unique spaces that can be used separately or combined to accommodate groups for just about any occasion:
The Barrel Room: Semi-private seating for up to 60 in a barrel warehouse setting; can be reserved separately from the Tasting Room
The Tasting Room: Accommodates up to 100; includes the Barrel Room.
ARDMORE
Ardmore has two unique spaces that can be used separately or combined:
The Rumpus Room: Semi-private seating for 12; can be reserved separately from the Tasting Room.
The Tasting Room: Accommodates up to 75; includes the Rumpus Room.
PASSYUNK
Passyunk is a cozy space; it can fit 15 people or less comfortably. As a single space, it requires a full reservation. Suitable for small, extra-special gatherings.
FISHTOWN
Fishtown can fit 50 or so comfortably. As a single space, it requires a full reservation. Suitable for small, extra-special gatherings.
Please keep in mind: we’re a small team. We’re super-busy with operating our tasting rooms on the weekends. we are able to respond to most inquiries within 2 business days.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RESERVE a space?
A. Costs of reservation will vary depending on the date, time, and location of your event. For most reservations, we will require you to meet a minimum spend. We typically request a $250 deposit to hold your date and space, and ask for any remaining balance to be paid on the date of your event. We accept cash and credit cards for payment of deposits and final balances. Contact us to learn more.
Q. Do you serve food?
A. We do not prepare food for events in any of our locations. However, you are welcome to provide your own food, and to work with any third parties you’d like for catering.
Q. What drink packages do you offer?
A. We can sell you drink tickets to distribute to your guests, run a tab for you, or negotiate a price for an open bar.
Q. Is parking available for my guests?
A. Our distillery offers free parking on the street, around the side of our building, and in the rear of the building, including parking for people with disabilities. Our Ardmore location is adjacent to a public parking lot, with additional public parking available within walking distance down Lancaster Avenue. Proximal street parking is available in Passyunk and Fishtown.
